Rajan and I spent our student days together first at Aston University, Birmingham and later at Imperial College, London. We shared "digs" and halls of residence in Birmingham and a flat in London with his brothers and others. We became firm friends taking summer holidays together and I was proud to have him to stand up as Best Man at my wedding. Life, work and distance have prevented us from meeting since those early days except when I was visiting family or on business trips to London and England.
